About the Role We are currently seeking multi-skilled Digger Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate diggers up to 10 tons across a range of diverse sites. You will confidently handle tasks in tight spaces, work safely around live services, dig trenches, prepare footpaths, and perform earthworks. The variety of work ensures that no two days are alike, with projects spanning from subdivisions and civil works to commercial builds and residential developments. What We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates with proven experience operating excavators up to 10 tons. A background in drainage, trenching, footpath preparation, final trim, or earthworks is beneficial. Candidates should be able to work safely and efficiently in tight-access environments and be comfortable switching between commercial and civil sites. We value reliability, self-motivation, and strong teamwork skills.
