About the Role
We are seeking a skilled final trim operator who is ready to contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will be involved in site preparation, basic trenching, and general civil works. Health and safety is a top priority for us, and we require candidates with a solid background in operating machinery and civil works.
The primary responsibility will be operating a 5-ton excavator, but we value teamwork and expect you to assist your colleagues as needed. There may be occasions when you will also need to tow a small 2-ton machine.
We currently have residential projects starting in Redcliffs and Kennedy's Bush, as well as a commercial site in Hornby, with many more projects lined up.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a skilled excavator operator, particularly in site preparation
- Current WTR (Wheel, Track, Roller) endorsement and Class 1 driver's license or above
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
- Reliability, motivation, and a desire to work extended hours
- A positive attitude and willingness to engage with the team
