About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Vehicle Testing Officer (WOF) to join our Auto Centre in Mt Roskill. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Warrant of Fitness inspections and providing clear, accurate reports to our customers. Your findings will be communicated both verbally and in writing, ensuring our clients understand the results.
You will also have the opportunity to refer or promote suitable products and services to customers, assist in addressing customer service issues as needed, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Warrant of Fitness authority, with COF Certification being an advantage. We are looking for someone who is physically fit, has a clean driving record, and is passionate about the automotive industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain technical concepts in a way that is accessible to customers. Additionally, you should be comfortable with learning new technology, systems, and processes as required.
