As we prepare to launch, we are seeking experienced and motivated leaders for our Night-Fill and Morning-Fill shifts. About the Role: Night-Fill Manager In the role of Night-Fill Manager, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the store remains stocked, organized, and ready for customers each morning. Your responsibilities will include planning shifts, managing stock movement, and ensuring that every shelf is filled with care and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: - Coaching your team during overnight shifts while establishing high standards for pace, accuracy, and presentation. - Creating a positive, people-first environment that fosters teamwork and drives results. - Managing rosters, breaks, and nightly operations to ensure smooth operations. - Supporting team development and performance through clear expectations and day-to-day leadership. Shift hours: Midnight finish. About Our Night-Fill Supervisor & Morning-Fill Supervisor Roles As either a Night-Fill Supervisor or Morning-Fill Supervisor, you will guide your team through busy shifts, maintaining stock flow and ensuring shelves are always well-presented. You will be detail-oriented and ready to assist wherever necessary to keep the store well-stocked and prepared for customers. Responsibilities in these roles include: - Being hands-on across the shop floor, supporting staff, resolving issues, and helping the team stay on track. - Providing day-to-day leadership to maintain pace, accuracy, and excellent presentation. - Serving as a point of contact for questions, guidance, and support during peak trading periods. Shift hours: Night-Fill - Midnight finish; Morning-Fill - 3 AM start. All positions will require working either a Saturday or Sunday shift, and start dates will be staggered leading up to our October opening. We will confirm hours and dates with successful applicants prior to extending an offer. Requirements We are looking for experienced grocery leaders who bring energy, structure, and accountability to their teams. The ideal candidates will possess: - Proven experience in a similar department leadership, second-in-command, or supervisory role, preferably within a supermarket or FMCG environment. - Confidence in managing staff, stock, suppliers, and compliance requirements. - The ability to foster a team culture built on trust, performance, and service. - Strong organizational skills, approachability, and composure under pressure. - An understanding of the importance of stock control, presentation, and customer expectations.
