About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to support our sales team and engage with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with sales support and document processing
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Managing customer sales inquiries following your training
- Maintaining an accurate database of prospects and customers
- Actively prospecting for new opportunities on a daily basis
- Learning and understanding the motor industry across all departments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following competencies and personal skills:
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A background in sales or relevant experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage a varied workload while prioritizing customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An outgoing, energetic, and confident demeanor
- A self-motivated approach to work
Please note that our operations run six days a week, and some weekend work will be required, specifically on Saturdays.
