About the Role In this role, you will be making phone calls on behalf of our organization, engaging with potential supporters, and encouraging them to contribute financially to our initiatives. We offer both full-time and part-time evening positions, which are ideal for students seeking flexible work hours. We also welcome candidates holding Working Holiday Visas. While previous sales experience is preferred, we are primarily looking for individuals who are confident in asking for financial support and are motivated to meet targets. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our dedicated team of professionals to help you succeed. Requirements - Previous sales experience is desired - Confidence in asking for financial contributions - Strong motivation to achieve targets - A willingness to learn and adapt Benefits - Competitive hourly rate of $28.80 - Health insurance coverage - A comprehensive bonus scheme that allows you to earn up to an additional $200 per week - Permanent contract with paid leave - Full-time hours: Monday to Friday from 12:15 PM to 8:45 PM, with an early finish at 6:15 PM on Fridays - Part-time hours: Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:45 PM For our Auckland-based team, we offer a hybrid work arrangement. You can choose to work from the office every day or combine office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays with remote work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our office is located in Mount Eden, easily accessible from the CBD and serviced by high-frequency bus routes. We also provide substantial kitchen facilities with tea, coffee, and other amenities to make your workday enjoyable. For other locations in New Zealand, remote work options are available, eliminating commuting expenses and travel time.
