As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our dynamic sales team by adding a Finance and Insurance Consultant. About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Finance and Insurance Consultant who is prepared to confidently identify and promote our products to drive sales, while ensuring a great customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing gross per vehicle sold to meet company KPIs. You will engage with customers at the point of sale, handle necessary sales and finance documentation, and address all finance inquiries. Your responsibilities will also include offering and promoting the full range of Toyota Financial Services products, achieving or exceeding budgeted targets, consistently meeting deadlines, and providing an outstanding customer experience. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: - Experience in sales is advantageous but not essential. - A strong focus on accuracy and quality. - Excellent initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a polished phone manner. - Competency with numbers and the ability to manage a large volume of documents. - Good networking skills and the capability to engage with a diverse range of customers. - Self-motivation and a desire for professional development and advancement within the company. - Experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance Consultant is desirable.
