About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for selling our exciting range of new and used vehicles, as well as accessories, finance, and insurance products. To succeed, you must be customer-focused and passionate about building relationships. Your enthusiasm for learning about our vehicles, including their specifications and advantages, will enable you to become a product knowledge specialist, which will enhance your ability to sell and maximize your earnings. You will also introduce customers to our finance, insurance, warranty, and Toyota Care offerings.
Requirements
To be a successful candidate, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- A professional appearance and a love for engaging with people from all backgrounds and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- A passion for sales, coupled with a desire to learn and understand our product offerings.
- A positive attitude, high initiative, and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to self-motivate, maintain resilience, and thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- A willingness to work every second or third Saturday each month from 9 AM to 4 PM.
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.

What Does the Role Involve?
Your key responsibilities will include selling new and used vehicles, accessories, and finance and insurance options.
