About the Role We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team at Keith Park Retirement Village in Hobsonville as a Caregiver. This full-time position requires working from Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts scheduled from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM in the Resthome Unit. In this role, you will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individualized care plans to provide care that meets the highest standards—care that you would want for your own loved ones. You will also utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman. Collaboration with your colleagues is essential as we work together to foster a positive team environment. About You To thrive in our supportive and caring setting, you should embody kindness and empathy. Strong communication skills are vital, along with a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While we would love for you to have experience in aged care, it is not a strict requirement for this position.
