About the Role We are currently seeking Process Operators to join our dynamic team on a weekday day shift schedule. You will play a vital role in our production process, working from Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This is a permanent, full-time position, and the selection process will involve an interview, assessment, background checks, and pre-employment medical checks. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in a food manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills are essential. We value a good employment history characterized by attendance, punctuality, and reliability. A solid work ethic and the ability to work well in a team are crucial, as is a desire to develop a successful career in food manufacturing at Bluebird. You should also understand and adhere to health and safety best practices in the workplace. About the Job As a Process Operator, your responsibilities will include operating snack food processing machines efficiently and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for assembling production equipment and lines and using safe manual handling techniques. Maintaining all health, safety, and environmental compliance efficiently will be part of your daily tasks. You will work as part of a collaborative food production team and actively contribute to achieving food safety targets within the group.
