About the Role
We are currently looking for experienced concrete plant operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that include concrete batch mixing according to specific design specifications, operating hydraulic presses to manufacture pavers, and assisting in overall production processes. You will report directly to the factory foreman.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the concrete industry. We value teamwork and excellent communication skills, as collaboration is key in our work environment. Flexibility is also essential, as the role may require working on a rostered basis, including weekends and holidays.
Candidates must have their own transportation to work, preferably with a full driver's license. We welcome applications from New Zealand citizens, residents, or individuals with a valid work visa.
Benefits
For the right candidate, we offer an hourly rate ranging from $28 to $33, along with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week.
