About the Role

We are currently looking for experienced administrators to join the Emergency Department at Tauranga Hospital. We have two part-time positions available, each requiring 24 hours of work per week on a 24/7 roster. This schedule may include weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate administration and exceptional customer service to patients, their families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. As an integral part of our clinical team, you will help support our service in achieving best practice standards in acute care, quality care, and performance outcomes.
About the Location
Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty operates across a large geographical area, centered around our two hospitals in Tauranga and Whakatane. We serve a diverse population of approximately 308,000 across major population centers, including Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatane, Kawerau, and Opotiki.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess:
