About the Role We are excited to announce that we have an opening for a Customer Care Administrator to join our team in Tauranga Central on a full-time basis. This position is perfect for someone who not only possesses relevant experience but also brings warmth, presence, and a strong sense of pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, retail, front of house, reception, or office administration. We are looking for someone who naturally makes people feel welcomed and at ease, takes initiative, and thrives in a professional, customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail are essential, as is a polished presentation that aligns with our luxury brand. A restricted driver’s license is required, and proficiency with computers and new systems is important. While prior experience with dealership management systems, knowledge of NZTA processes, or exposure to service and parts departments in a dealership would be advantageous, we are committed to providing comprehensive, industry-specific training for the right candidate.
