    About the Company C3 Limited is a prominent market leader in New Zealand's port-related products and cargo handling, employing over 1,200 staff across 11 locations nationwide. We are dedicated to adding value to our clients' businesses by providing effective solutions for their transport and logistics needs. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our team based at the port in Mount Maunganui. This position will support both our Mount Logs and Mount Stevedoring business units. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn new skills while providing crucial administrative support across various functions. Given our involvement in the logistics and shipping industries, it is essential that you feel comfortable working in a dynamic port environment. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational setting. You will manage administrative functions and assist the management team with duties including data entry, processing purchase orders and invoices using our Finance system (Techone), supporting payroll activities, and ordering supplies such as PPE gear. This is a salaried position, covering 40 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy. A proactive attitude and a sense of humor will also contribute to your success. Your experience will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. Essential requirements for this position include: - Proven administration experience in a busy work environment - A team player with a positive and proactive attitude - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Well-organized and methodical approach to tasks - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure - High-level computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly - Preferably some experience with invoicing, finance, and payroll functions - A full Class 1 driver’s license, as some use of a company vehicle is required Benefits If you meet the criteria outlined above and are enthusiastic about joining our team, we would love to hear from you.
