About the Role Our client is seeking a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Trainer Excellence professional for a six-month assignment in the Hawke's Bay area at Tomoana. The position is full-time, with office hours from Monday to Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training on Operations SOPs specific to manufacturing operations. While technical knowledge of machinery is not required, effective communication with Health & Safety and Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) teams is essential. Requirements - Proven experience in creating Operations SOPs - Background in manufacturing operations - General training experience is necessary - Strong communication skills - Proficient written and computer skills - A positive team player with a collaborative attitude Benefits We offer an attractive compensation package at $32.00 per hour plus 8% holiday pay.
