About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Management Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Interim District Finance Lead and provide essential financial leadership, strategic advice, and analytical support that contributes to improving health outcomes in our region. This is a key position for a motivated finance professional who enjoys collaboration and seeks to add value through insightful analysis.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading management reporting, preparing budgets and forecasts, and supporting strategic business planning and decision-making. You will also build strong relationships with service managers, acting as a trusted partner in enhancing the financial performance of our services.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or accounting.
- At least two years of post-tertiary experience in a relevant financial or management accounting role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
- A proven ability to think creatively and deliver innovative financial solutions.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
