About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful individual to join our senior leadership operations as a Senior Administrator. This role extends beyond traditional administrative tasks; it is a crucial position that contributes to the efficiency of our executive team. You will be at the heart of key projects and decisions, playing an integral role in how we deliver healthcare across our network.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Deputy CEO and Leadership Team, managing day-to-day operations with professionalism and precision.
- Anticipate needs and manage competing priorities to enhance effective leadership functioning.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, record minutes, and diligently track actions.
- Maintain our document control system, including editing, proofing, templating, and ensuring scheduled reviews are completed.
- Manage key administrative service streams as part of the centralized business support team, facilitating integrated operations across our general practices.
- Plan and execute significant events and milestones, overseeing logistics, communications, and budget considerations.
- Support project execution by tracking milestones, managing follow-ups, and contributing to timely delivery.
- Drive process improvement by identifying and implementing administrative efficiencies.
- Provide flexible, high-level operational support across a range of business tasks and projects.
About You

- Has proven experience in a senior administrative role, particularly in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Is highly organized, intellectually agile, and can quickly assess and act in evolving situations.
- Possesses a strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and has strong communication skills, both clear and persuasive.
- Is emotionally intelligent and confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Is proficient in Office 365 and virtual collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Is a collaborative and curious team player who thrives on structure, pace, and purpose.
