About the Role
We are currently seeking NZ Trade Qualified Builders for full-time positions in Hamilton. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, ranging from new builds to renovations. Our long-term projects across the Waikato region provide a stable work environment for reliable and skilled builders.
Key Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Framing, cladding, formwork, and finishing carpentry
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Ensuring compliance with the NZ Building Code and site standards
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Maintaining a high level of workmanship
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- NZ Trade Qualification as a Builder (Licensed Building Practitioner preferred but not essential)
- Solid construction experience in either residential or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of building practices and safety requirements
- The ability to work independently while following plans
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
