About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Support professional to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an immediate opportunity with our well-known client, and we are looking for someone who is confident, capable, and ready to make a positive impact. The position is set to run from Tuesday, 22nd July to Friday, 22nd August, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A confident phone manner and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with MYOB Acumatica or knowledge of the electrical industry is a plus

What You Will Be Doing
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Providing support across various customer service tasks
