About the Role
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is eager to be part of a supportive, high-performing workplace.
As an Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, document formatting, and inbox management
- Assisting with system updates and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the coordination of meetings, events, and internal communications
- Preparing and editing documents and presentations
- Offering ad hoc support to consultants and leadership as needed
About You
We are seeking a candidate who is:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A quick learner, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever needed
- Friendly and professional in both written and verbal communication
- Capable of working independently while also enjoying teamwork
While prior administration experience is preferred, we are open to considering entry-level candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
