We are currently seeking a Delivery Coordinator for our client’s Digital team to help manage and optimize their sprint and delivery cycles. About the Role: As the Delivery Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure the team operates effectively, projects remain on schedule, and stakeholders receive timely and clear communication. You will be integral to their application delivery process, serving as the primary coordinator. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth sprint operations, meeting deliverables, and keeping stakeholders engaged. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and lead sprint sessions. - Coordinate project planning and delivery activities across teams and vendors. - Document and track deliverables across teams, including reporting on priorities and alignment with business objectives. - Assist in administering incident and service request management. - Help maintain Jira and Confluence documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify and meet expectations. - Drive agile practices and support ongoing improvement efforts. About You: - You have prior experience in an administrative or coordination role within IT, Digital, or software delivery. - You possess experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, preferably as a Scrum Master or in a similar capacity. - You demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills. - You have a proven ability to collaborate across diverse technical and business teams. - ITIL experience is essential. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Jira, and Confluence is required.
