About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in a mid-senior capacity. This position offers a significant opportunity for impact, making it ideal for a creative and commercially astute marketer. You will take ownership of campaigns, partnerships, and events that drive our growth. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and play a key role in our growth strategy. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing integrated campaigns, customer relationship management communications, events, and co-marketing initiatives with our partners. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Content, and Sales, will be essential to keep our brand prominent across Australia and New Zealand. What You Will Be Doing - Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, paid media, social media, public relations, and content marketing. - Designing and managing CRM workflows in HubSpot for lead nurturing and customer communications. - Building and executing an annual calendar of events and activations, such as trade shows, conferences, and roadshows. - Developing and managing co-marketing programs with key partners, including original equipment manufacturers, fleets, energy providers, and installers. - Owning the measurement of campaigns and events, reporting outcomes to our leadership team. - Managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and industry organizations. Requirements - A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience in areas such as campaigns, events, partnerships, or CRM, preferably within the technology, sustainability, automotive, or energy sectors. - Demonstrated success in executing end-to-end integrated campaigns, with experience in HubSpot being essential. - Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating partnerships and managing budgets. - Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - A collaborative and proactive approach, complemented by outstanding stakeholder management skills. - A blend of creativity and data-driven thinking.
