About the Role We are currently seeking Christmas Experience Team Leaders, affectionately referred to as Chief Elves. In this pivotal role, you will inspire and support a team of Elves, ensuring that every visitor has a magical experience. You will be at the heart of our operations during the bustling festive season, maintaining a smooth workflow and a joyful atmosphere. What You'll Be Doing - Leading and motivating your team to create unforgettable experiences for our visitors. - Managing daily operations, including staff rosters and workflow. - Welcoming families with warmth and ensuring a cheerful ambiance. - Bringing energy and positivity, even during the busiest times. - Demonstrating best practices to your team with professionalism and a touch of festive spirit. - Overseeing point-of-sale operations, processing visitor prints and photo packages with care and precision. - Ensuring that every family’s photo moment with Santa is of the highest quality, providing them with a lasting keepsake of their Christmas experience. Requirements We are looking for candidates who are: - Inspirational leaders who support and uplift those around them. - Great with people (and pets) of all ages. - Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure. - Strong communicators who thrive in a collaborative environment. - Focused on creating positive experiences for both visitors and team members. - In possession of, or willing to obtain, a Working with Children's Clearance.
