About the Role We are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative who is eager to embark on an exciting career in the freight industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to communicate effectively will be essential. We are looking for someone who is an active listener, possesses excellent time management skills, and has a good understanding of computer systems. Your problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking will also be critical to your success in this position. As part of our elite team, you will be surrounded by colleagues who share a common goal of succeeding every day. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - Strong communication skills - Active listening capabilities - Excellent time management - Proficient computer knowledge - Effective problem-solving skills - The ability to think creatively to find solutions Benefits We offer a full-time fixed-term position with the following details: - 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM - Based in North Harbour - Opportunities for career growth and development We provide a comprehensive induction to our business, as well as ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
