About the Role We are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative who is eager to embark on an exciting career in the freight industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to communicate effectively will be essential. We are looking for someone who is an active listener, possesses excellent time management skills, and has a good understanding of computer systems. Your problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking will also be critical to your success in this position.
