About the Role We are seeking a Front Desk Customer Sales Representative/Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their rental needs and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing rentals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: - Communicating effectively in English with customers - Delivering outstanding customer service - Maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor - Collaborating with team members to assist customers - Performing other related duties as required Requirements To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: - Excellent English communication skills - Strong customer service orientation - Presentable and respectful appearance - Valid driving license - Willingness to support team efforts - Reliable transportation to reach the workplace Benefits We offer competitive pay at $25 per hour, which includes holiday pay.
