About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and responding to email inquiries from our customers. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and creativity will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service to our time-sensitive clientele. This position operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with a requirement to work on Saturdays on a rotational basis.
