About the Role
We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team. In this part-time, permanent position, you will provide personalized consultations to clients, assisting them in discovering or designing their ideal jewellery pieces. This role will be based in our beautiful showroom in Auckland, with working days on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Conduct both in-person and online consultations to assist clients in selecting jewellery, while providing tailored advice and education. You will guide them through the customization process and prepare independent custom quotes.
- Coordinate aftercare services consultations, including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims, ensuring a quick turnaround and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Promote Cullen Jewellery's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
- Participate in the daily setup and opening of the showroom, maintaining cleanliness at consultation desks and throughout the showroom.
What We Are Seeking
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the premium jewellery or retail industry.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Capacity to consistently work according to the provided roster.
