About the Role We are seeking a Client Advisor who will serve as a representative of the GUCCI brand. In this role, you will be a sales professional specializing in luxury goods, delivering outstanding, client-focused service. You will play an integral part in completing the client journey while achieving both the quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators (KPIs) set for your role and the store. Collaboration with fellow GUCCI associates will be essential as we strive for exceptional results. Sales and Clienteling In this position, you will be responsible for proactively meeting commercial sales targets and KPIs. These include, but are not limited to, Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates as defined by your management team. You will generate, maintain, and grow a clientele base through active engagement, ensuring excellent client service that aligns with GUCCI Service Standards. This includes proactive follow-ups on client inquiries and requests, as well as after-sales services. By providing personalized service and anticipating client needs, you will help create memorable experiences. Teamwork and collaboration will be vital in delivering this exceptional client experience. You will also work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain visual standards in accordance with the Worldwide Visual Guidelines. Learning and Training We believe in continuous learning and development. You will be expected to proactively enhance your product knowledge, staying informed about best sellers, new arrivals, and category information. Completing all required training in a timely manner is essential, and you will participate in development training as directed by your management team. Back of House Support Your responsibilities will also include assisting with cashiering and various administrative tasks as needed. This may involve receiving, unpacking, or packing stock, as well as maintaining inventory integrity through cycle counts and category maintenance. Additionally, you will help replenish display merchandise to ensure a welcoming shopping environment. Workplace Health and Safety We prioritize safety in our workplace. You will need to comply with the Safety Management System and all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies. Reporting incidents, hazards, and near misses to your direct manager and Human Resources, as applicable, is a critical part of this responsibility. Other Responsibilities In this role, you will utilize company tools such as iPhones and iPads effectively, ensuring participation on company platforms like Workplace, Workday, and the Retail Training Portal. Adhering to all in-store standard operating procedures (SOP) and complying with GUCCI and Kering policies is essential. You may also be required to undertake additional duties as assigned by your manager. Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, ideally within a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably in a luxury environment. A customer service-oriented attitude, driven by sales and a desire to meet and exceed KPIs, is essential. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment while demonstrating effective time management and prioritization skills. Attention to detail and a strong professional work ethic are critical, along with proficiency in using technology and learning new software. Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be key to your success.
