About the Role We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated Senior Medical Officers (SMOs) currently working within the Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OG) service at Christchurch Women's Hospital. We are looking for a Clinical Director to take on a 12-month fixed-term role, commencing in January 2026, to cover a leave of absence. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and strategic direction to the OG service. You will champion service improvement, innovation, and excellence in care delivery while collaborating with senior management and clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient service provision. This role will be a 0.7 FTE leadership position, allowing you to maintain your existing clinical duties.
