About the Role In the role of Teacher in Training, you will collaborate with talented kaiako, gaining valuable hands-on experience while you complete your Level 7 ECE qualification (Bachelor or Graduate Diploma). This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday. You will support tamariki in developing their independence, social skills, and confidence, all while enhancing your own teaching practice. Why BestStart?
