You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working in diverse settings, including WellSouth, general practices, and community locations, such as patients’ homes within the wider Southland area.

- Strong advisory, consultative, and facilitation skills.
- You must be a Registered Health Professional with experience in primary/community care, possessing a current practicing certificate and a clean driver’s license.
