About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team with creativity, skill, and a genuine passion for exceptional food. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, cost control, rostering, training, and upholding high standards of quality and safety. As Head Chef, you will inspire your team to consistently produce high-quality dishes while fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen culture. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, along with an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery. Proven leadership experience in managing teams, budgets, and kitchen operations is essential. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who excels at bringing out the best in their team and creating dishes that keep our guests coming back for more.
