About the Role In this role, you will serve as the lead financial business partner, providing crucial support to our General Managers across various departments. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis, as well as offering commercial support in contract negotiation and renewal processes. You will engage with operational leaders to ensure that budgets and initiatives are met while assuming overall responsibility for management accounting on both a monthly and annual basis. Additionally, you will conduct financial and contract analysis to enhance business efficiency and support new business and retention initiatives. You will also be responsible for the delivery of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, along with guiding the professional development of Management Accounting direct reports. Requirements We are looking for a qualified accountant with substantial experience in commercial and operational environments. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in contract renewals, contract negotiations, and commercial pricing. You should be a creative thinker who can contribute positively to solution development and implementation.
