About the Role
We are seeking exceptional Restaurant Managers to join our team. This full-time position guarantees over 40 hours of work per week. Requirements

Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Operational and financial management of restaurant performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Driving sales and business objectives by working with sales goals and participating in marketing activities.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Leading recruitment, training, and coaching of Assistant Managers and Crew Members.
Do you have the following qualifications?
- A current full driver's license.
- Experience in the hospitality or fast-food industry with at least 1-2 years in a relevant role and a minimum of one year managing in a high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including late nights and weekends.
- Food safety and first aid certifications.
- New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
