About the Role We are currently seeking passionate individuals for a full-time permanent position, working 80 hours per fortnight from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you will support others in achieving their goals and help them engage with their community. Requirements We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities: - A Passion for People: You should be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with others. - Empathy and Understanding: Familiarity with the Enabling Good Lives principles is essential. - Team Player: We value professionalism, honesty, and reliability, along with a flexible mindset. - Practical Skills: You should be capable of providing personal care, including assistance with showering and dressing. - Driver Licence: A full New Zealand driver licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your responsibilities. - Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A New Zealand Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to work towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust, is required.
