About the Role We are currently seeking casual Caregivers to join our dedicated clinical teams in our Care Homes located on the Kapiti Coast. These positions are ideal for individuals looking for flexible work during the holiday season, those seeking additional income without committing to permanent hours, or anyone interested in exploring a new role while earning and learning. If you are located in or can easily access the area by car or public transport, we encourage you to apply. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and comfortable. You will work under the guidance of our registered nurses in a modern care facility. We offer the flexibility to pick up shifts based on your experience, qualifications, enthusiasm, and attitude. Requirements We are looking for candidates with the right attitude, excellent communication skills, and a good level of fitness. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care. We welcome applicants at various experience levels, from those with no qualifications to those at levels 4 or 5.
