About the Role
We are currently seeking applications for a full-time Interventional Cardiology Fellow position for a fixed term of 12 months, starting in April 2026. This role provides a unique opportunity to train in interventional cardiology within a high-volume unit. As a fellow, you will fulfill the subspecialty training requirements of the New Zealand Interventional Cardiology Group, CSANZ.
In this position, you will be responsible for the investigation and management of patients undergoing interventional cardiology procedures. You will also have the chance to participate in our active research program, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have completed RACP advanced training in general cardiology or hold an equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should possess or be eligible for general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
