About the Role In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on architectural new builds and high-end multi-unit developments. We aim to showcase your skills while helping you expand your carpentry knowledge. You will collaborate with dedicated teams that embody a work hard, play hard mentality. We offer 2-3 month fixed-term contracts, as well as ongoing work opportunities. As a labor-only contractor, you can focus on your craft while we handle the administrative tasks. Projects Project One: An ultra high-end architectural build located in Pigeon Bay, offering breathtaking views from the clifftop site. If you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional builds, this project is for you. You will join a fantastic crew of young, energetic, and professional carpenters, with travel expenses covered. Project Two: An architectural build in Kennedy's Bush that faced a six-month initial development phase. The team is now in the detailed construction phase and is looking for an experienced carpenter to help drive the project forward. A broad trade knowledge and efficiency will be crucial for success in this role. Project Three: A collection of seven high-end townhouses within a larger development. These units stand out in quality, and you will work alongside some of the best building companies in the area. Expect a fast-paced environment with a skilled team who enjoy unwinding with a drink on Friday afternoons. With our clients confirming additional upcoming projects, there is no shortage of work ahead. Contracts have the potential to transition into permanent roles, contingent on mutual satisfaction. Requirements We are looking for a New Zealand qualified carpenter with experience in high-end new builds. You should possess top-tier building knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive "let's get it done" attitude. Self-sufficiency on site is essential, as we do not provide hand-holding.
