Experienced Formworkers - Doka/Acrow Specialist

About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Formworkers with proficiency in Doka and Acrow systems to join our high-performing team on a significant concrete project located just 1.5 hours from Christchurch. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in complex wall builds and high-volume pours. We offer competitive compensation while ensuring all logistical needs are met so you can focus on your work. Wages for this position range from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, with contract rates between $40.00 and $48.00 per hour. What's In It For You - A start date in July - A food allowance of $75 per day - Accommodation provided - One hour of paid travel each way - Opportunities for 10 to 12 hour workdays, Monday to Saturday - A supportive environment on a high-output site - A solid two-month contract with potential for extension What You Will Be Doing - Installing formwork using Doka and Acrow systems - Constructing high walls and complex formwork structures - Pouring and finishing concrete - Working from technical drawings - Maintaining site safety and productivity What We Require - Proven experience with Doka and Acrow formwork - Confidence in wall formwork and managing large pours - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings - A valid Site Safe or Construct Safe certification (we can assist with this) - Basic hand tools and reliable transportation preferred - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - A positive attitude and a collaborative team player mentality Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
