About the Role We are currently seeking a Class 2 licensed Civil worker for a dynamic role that offers a variety of tasks each day. This position is based in Rolleston and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain a foothold in the civil sector. The role involves responsibilities such as pothole repair, signage replacement, basic arborist work, and assisting other teams as required. We are looking for candidates who have consistently operated Class 2 vehicles, possess skills in using hand and power tools, and ideally have prior experience in Civil Construction. As this role involves working within a small team, we expect reliability and a collaborative spirit from all applicants. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a Class 2 New Zealand Driver's Licence - STMS or TMO certification is preferable - Recent working references - Previous experience in Civil Construction - Strong ability to work as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role - Capability to pass a Drug Test - A satisfactory Criminal History Check Benefits This role offers a competitive starting rate, along with consistent working hours from Monday to Friday, generally from 7 am to 5 pm or 5:30 pm.
