About the Role We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Drainage Team Members to join our busy drainage crew in Christchurch. This position offers an opportunity for hands-on training and the development of specialist skills in the 3 Waters sector, which includes drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater management. Requirements - Preferred experience in drainage (either residential or commercial), though not essential - A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn - A current New Zealand driver's license (manual preferred) - Ability to pass a police check - Experience in water reticulation or installation is advantageous - A valid Site Safe or Construct Safe certification (we can assist with obtaining this) - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - All applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will assist with drainage installation and repairs, working closely with experienced drainage operators. You will have the opportunity to learn about 3 Waters systems, including drinking, storm, and wastewater management. This position involves hands-on work outdoors and requires collaboration within a team environment. Benefits We offer a competitive wage of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
