About the Role
We are currently hiring Labourers and Operators/Labourers for permanent full-time positions. In this role, you will be an integral part of our busy team, contributing to various projects, including roads, footpaths, and subdivisions. We provide full support and ongoing training to help you develop your skills.
What we offer
- A minimum of 40 hours per week, with time and a half pay after 50 hours and on Saturdays
- Primarily Christchurch-based work, allowing you to be home every night

Requirements
For Labourers, we are looking for candidates who possess a minimum Class 1 restricted licence and have a willingness to learn and grow. It is a bonus if you already hold a WTR licence, STMS, or TMO certification.
For Operators/Labourers, we seek individuals with civil construction experience, a Class 1 and 2 licence, and WTR certification. A team-oriented mindset and a readiness to assist on the ground are essential. STMS or TMO qualifications are also advantageous.
Additionally, all applicants must demonstrate:
- A strong focus on health and safety
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- A good level of physical fitness
- New Zealand residency or a valid work visa
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
