About the Role We are excited to offer a part-time Caregiver position at Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Ruakura. This role requires working from Friday to Monday, with shifts scheduled from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, ensuring that the care you provide meets the high standards we set for our loved ones. You will also utilize the latest technology, including our custom care app, myRyman. Additionally, you will work closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment. About You To thrive in our caring and supportive atmosphere, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities: - Kindness in your DNA - Strong empathy - Outstanding communication skills - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
