About the Role We are excited to offer a casual Caregiver position at Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Ruakura. This role will involve working across all units, including the rest home, hospital, dementia care, and serviced apartments. We are looking for candidates who are available to work various days and shifts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Build lasting relationships with our residents and their families. - Follow individual care plans to provide care that meets the highest standards, as if it were for your own loved ones. - Utilize the latest technology, including our bespoke care app, myRyman. - Collaborate closely with your colleagues to foster a supportive team environment. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not essential.
