About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Community Services team. In this role, you will be an integral part of a supportive team, assisting clients in living independently within their homes and communities. Your responsibilities will involve helping clients achieve their goals and reach their potential through both practical and emotional support, guided by personalized care plans. Key responsibilities may include: - Meal preparation - Facilitating community outings and integration - Medication supervision - Providing personal care (such as showering and toileting) - Assisting with home management tasks Requirements We value our employees and are proud to offer ongoing training and career development opportunities, fully funded through NZQA qualifications. The hourly wage ranges from $23.50 to $29.10, depending on your experience and qualifications. We provide flexible scheduling options with various shifts available from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
