About the Role
We are seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. This role is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact in their community. We offer a range of part-time options, providing flexibility for individuals balancing other commitments or those preferring regular rostered shifts.
As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that supports clients in living independently within their homes and communities. You will assist them in achieving their goals and reaching their potential through both practical and emotional support, all while following personalized care plans.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Meal preparation
- Community outings and integration
- Medication supervision
- Personal care tasks (such as showering and toileting)
- Home management
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who can work weekends and possess a positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others. Previous caregiving experience is advantageous, and strong communication skills are essential. While healthcare qualifications are a plus, most positions require a full New Zealand driver’s license and reliable transport.

Benefits
We value our employees and are proud to offer ongoing training and career pathways, fully funded through NZQA qualifications. Compensation ranges from $23.50 to $29.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Our flexible scheduling includes a variety of shifts available from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday, with both full-time and part-time positions.
