Our working hours are as follows: 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM, 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The salary ranges from $23.84 to $29.10 per hour, depending on qualifications. Requirements In this position, your responsibilities will include: - Delivering support in accordance with each individual’s personalized care plan. - Safely using a hoist for mobility assistance. - Providing personal care and administering medication as needed. - Traveling for out-of-town meetings or activities. - Completing household tasks, including cleaning and cooking. - Acting as a liaison between clients, their families, and other involved groups. - Maintaining accurate records of the support provided. - Ensuring a safe, clean, and functional home environment. Knowledge and experience in the field are preferable but not essential, as we will provide training. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate patience, a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to recognizing each person’s unique needs and abilities. Teamwork and a willingness to pursue further professional development, such as working towards a Level 4 in Health and Well-being, are essential. Benefits At Enliven, we value our staff and understand the importance of providing opportunities for growth and career development. Our supportive work environment offers access to a wide range of training programs. After six months of employment, staff are eligible for health insurance and an annual wellness day. While working with us, you will have the opportunity to gain a recognized NZQA qualification at no cost. We are committed to continuous learning and providing a clear career pathway within our organization and the broader disability sector.
