We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join our dedicated team. This role offers full-time hours and ongoing opportunities for the right candidates, with work starting immediately. About the Role As a Civil Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of plant and machinery, including excavators, vibratory hammers, pumps, and trucks. You will work on diverse projects such as drainage, dewatering, trench excavation, and large pipelines. In addition to operating machinery, you will assist with maintaining equipment to ensure efficiency on-site. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Machine Operating Experience: You should be confident in operating a range of machinery, including excavators, loaders, and rollers. - Licensing: A minimum Class 2 licence is required. Having a Class 4 or 5 licence and experience with tipper trucks will be considered a strong advantage. - Drainage & Dewatering: Hands-on experience with trenching, pipe laying, and dewatering systems is essential. - Team Player: We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a crew, with a strong focus on safety. Benefits We offer competitive pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour. This position provides full-time work from Monday to Friday, with ongoing opportunities available for the right candidates.
