About the Role We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join our team based in Penrose. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, which offers the potential to transition into a full-time role. The standard start time is 7:30 am to align with our office opening hours, but we are willing to consider some flexibility for the right candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and accounting tasks, including: - Managing customer relationships and providing high-quality service - Processing employee wages and timesheets - Coordinating inwards and outwards goods - Creating and managing basic invoices and financial documentation - Maintaining and overseeing the job management system - Scheduling and coordinating technician assignments - Handling day-to-day office management tasks and administration - Overseeing and maintaining the company's vehicle fleet Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a background in an administrative position, with experience in accounting. We are looking for individuals who are organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
