About the Role We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer/Service Person to join our team in Hornby. This position requires a commitment of 16 hours per week, with shifts available on weekends (Saturday-Sunday or Sunday-Monday). As a Customer/Service Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is ready for hire, which is essential to our operations. In this role, you will assist customers both over the phone and in-branch, offering advice on the best equipment for their projects. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, so prior industry experience is not necessary. We will provide ongoing training and development opportunities, including endorsements on various machinery such as forklifts, diggers, rollers, and scissors lifts.
